Job Description
The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for executing 'start to finish' variable tasks within stores such as planograms, merchandising, fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. They deliver a Legendary Customer Experience by greeting, assisting, and recommending product solutions. This role requires availability, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Maintain regular attendance
- Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor
- Complete planograms and resets accurately
- Maintain visual merchandise standards
- Perform store specific measurements
- Complete store layout initiatives
- Perform detailed cycle counts
- Hang store signage
- Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs
- Perform recovery and review planogram integrity
- Deliver on a Legendary Customer Experience
