Job Description
The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for executing tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and inventory management within the Field Activity Support Team (FAST). They will interact with customers, team members, and ensure a positive customer experience while upholding the company's commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor.
- Complete planograms and resets accurately.
- Complete store layout initiatives.
- Perform detailed inventory counts.
- Complete Tractor Way process.
- Complete store price changes.
- Hang store signage.
- Assemble merchandise.
- Perform detailed recovery and review of planogram integrity.
- Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service.
- Reading, writing, and counting accurately.
