Job Description
Tractor Supply is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to work in a fast-paced field activity support team, owning and executing tasks from planograms to store setup. The role involves customer interaction and upholding a customer-centric experience while maintaining store standards. The FAST Team Member will contribute to the success of the store and the overall team.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime.
- Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor.
- Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform store specific measurements.
- Complete store layout initiatives.
- Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
- Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service.
