Merchandising Sales Associate

The Field Activity Support Team Member (FAST Team) is responsible for performing start to finish variable tasks for merchandise and fixtures, including planograms, customer service, and team collaboration. This role involves maintaining store standards, communicating with supervisors and customers, and providing exceptional service. Requirements

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform store specific measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.

• Recommend Product Solutions.
