Merchandising Sales Associate

Tractor Supply is seeking a High Volume FAST Team Member to perform a wide range of tasks in a single store. This role involves planogram creation, signage maintenance, price changes, inventory counts, fixture assembly, and customer service. The team member is expected to be service-oriented, adaptable, and provide excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform tasks in varied conditions.
• Ability to maintain visual merchandise standards.
