Job Description
This position is for a High Volume FAST Team Member at Tractor Supply and Petsense in Greeneville, TN. They will be responsible for tasks such as maintaining plans, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service through product recommendations and problem-solving. Team members will help deliver the Legendary Customer Experience, and adhere to Company safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Prior retail and/or merchandising experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read, write and count accurately
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to move and transfer merchandise
- Ability to perform up to 50 lbs safely
