Store Sales Manager

This position is responsible for proficiency in all areas of a retail operation, leading a sales team and driving sales performance and metrics through a robust selling culture.

Requirements

• Previous retail leadership experience
• Prior sales and supervisory experience
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or the equivalent is required
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration or related field is preferred
