Store Sales Manager

This position is responsible for proficiency in all areas of a retail operation, including leading sales initiatives and providing leadership and direction to the Sales team and Team Leaders.

Requirements

• Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Prior sales and supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or the equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
