Job Description
The Team Lead, Petsense role focuses on providing outstanding customer service, executing operational objectives, and promoting a productive work environment. This position requires exceptional customer interaction skills, strong organizational abilities, and adherence to company policies. Team Members are expected to perform duties including marketing, managing cash, and customer interaction with pets.
Requirements
- Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to perform all tasks as assigned during 95 percent of the time.
