Job Description
Trade Republic is seeking an IT Specialist to combine technical expertise with operational ownership, maintaining internal infrastructure and empowering teams across Europe. The role involves managing Atlassian suite, enterprise tools like Okta and Google Workspace, and ensuring a seamless IT environment. Collaboration with cybersecurity and InfoSec is key.
Requirements
- Administer and optimize Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management)
- Manage enterprise tools including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and cloud services (GCP, AWS)
- Own macOS lifecycle management via Jamf Pro
- Support Windows and Intune environments where needed
- Build and enhance automation across platforms using Python, Bash, Okta Workflows, and API integrations
- Partner with InfoSec to implement secure access and compliance standards
- Provide on-site technical leadership, overseeing setups and troubleshooting workspace tech
- Drive end-to-end problem solving: from coding a workflow to getting a key system operational
