The VIP Account Manager will drive revenue performance within Sway Gaming’s high-value player segment, executing proactive account growth, upselling, cross-selling, and structured retention activity.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a VIP, Sales, or High-Value Account Management role within iGaming
- Strong commercial acumen and proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience working with tiered VIP programs and high-value customer lifecycle management
- Comfortable working with performance metrics such as ARPU, GGR, NGR, churn rate, and bonus efficiency
- Fluency in English; German language skills are considered a strong advantage
