Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading creative or marketing strategy teams in fast-paced environments (eCommerce or retail preferred)
• Proven expertise in direct-response advertising, storytelling, and persuasive copywriting
• Deep understanding of sales psychology, consumer behavior, and neuromarketing principles
• Experience in funnel strategy, CRO testing, and A/B optimization frameworks
• Highly analytical mindset — skilled in translating creative performance data into actionable insights
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring high-performing creative teams
• Strong adaptability and curiosity to integrate AI and new technologies into creative workflows
• Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal
