Patient Financial Services Rep

As a Patient Financial Services Representative at MedHQ, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients while effectively managing their medical billing inquiries and payment processing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or customer service role, minimum of 1 year
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Proficiency in using computer applications and billing software
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Understanding of healthcare billing codes, insurance terminology, and medical terminology is a plus
