Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or customer service role, minimum of 1 year
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using computer applications and billing software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Understanding of healthcare billing codes, insurance terminology, and medical terminology is a plus
