As a Patient Financial Services Representative at Trajectory, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients while effectively managing their medical billing inquiries and payment processing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or customer service
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
