Supports the execution of change management activities and plans, tracking progress and escalating issues or needed adjustments as appropriate.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a Change Management or similar role
- Experience with ITIL (especially Change Enablement)
- Experience using change management tools such as BMC Remedy ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of risk assessment, impact analysis, and change prioritization
- Experience participating in Change Advisory Boards (CABs)
- Strong English language skills, both verbal and written
