Job Description
The senior actuary will lead multi basis financial reporting for Transamerica’s Variable Annuity and Registered Index Linked Annuity (RILA) businesses, with accountability for high quality IFRS, US GAAP, and Statutory/NAIC reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- FSA or equivalent professional designation
- Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related field
- 8 years of relevant experience
- High quality leadership, judgment, organization and prioritization skills
- Effective management skills to motivate and develop a staff
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, advanced mathematical and analytical concepts to various audiences
