Requirements
- College diploma in a related field or equivalent
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in personnel management/supervision or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an instructor or equivalent
- Previous experience as a flight attendant required
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Air Service Personnel Training regulations
- Strong ability to interpret policies, directives, and regulations
- Knowledge of computer-based training, learning management systems, and blended learning
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Articulate
- High attention to detail with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-directed and resourceful
- Ability to travel and work flexible schedules
- Maintain flight attendant qualification
- Bilingual (French/English): excellent writing and editing skills
