Requirements

• Supervise the work teams for ramp services
• Ensure compliance with Air Transat's airport policies and procedures regarding the treatment of baggage
• Conduct station inspections and provide coaching and mentoring to operational teams
• Manage station delays, emergency events and irregular operations
• Work closely with airport authorities, government agencies and manage various reports related to ramp services
