Requirements
- Diploma in college studies or equivalent experience in the field (an asset)
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in the airline/aerospace industry, as a ramp agent and/or ramp team leader
- Hold a Class 5 driver's license
- Hold a CIZR card and a DA ramp permit (an asset)
- 2 years of experience in employee management
- Know the regulations of Transport Canada around airlines, as well as the regulations of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (USCBP)
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as a team spirit and leadership
- Flexible and available to work different shifts according to operational needs (day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday)
- Mastery of French and English, both spoken and written
- Ability to obtain and maintain a CIZR card and hold a Class 5 driver's license
