• Mastery of Portuguese (C1+)
• High proficiency in Spanish (C1+) in written and oral expression
• Level of English (B1+)
• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday (2 days off)
• Availability to work in a rotating shift schedule
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening ability
