We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative who loves helping others and deeply cares about providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in Dutch language (level C1+)
- Intermediate English proficiency (B2+) written and oral
- Willingness to work in the office for the first 6 months, after which a hybrid model will be implemented
- Ability to work shifts Monday-Friday between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening
- Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience
