Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to help us discover and attract top talent. The role involves supporting the Talent Acquisition strategy, finding the right match between candidate and company, coordinating existing and new vacancies, driving candidate attraction, and working by KPI driven performance. The successful candidate will have a university degree, fluent English and Italian, specific training and/or work experience in Recruitment, effective communication skills, and teamwork.
