Requirements

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle by coordinating existing and new vacancies in close partnership with Hiring Managers
• Drive candidate attraction and experience proactively to ensure we recruit the best talent for our teams
• Execute selection processes including searching, screening, testing, and matching candidates to the right roles
• Maintain and improve collaboration with recruitment agencies and work closely with Operations
• Ensure administrative excellence by processing recruitments in a timely manner and managing social security registrations
