Transcom is looking for a Real Time Analyst to join their team in Pasig, Philippines. The successful candidate will manage call center traffic, provide real-time and historical data to stakeholders, and analyze trends to adjust forecasted intraday call volume and staffing.

Requirements

• College graduate or secondary school diploma
• At least 3 years of related contact center experience
• Minimum of 1 year traffic management experience in a complex skills-based routing environment
