German Speaking Customer Solutions Specialist

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide customer support via phone, chat, email, and/or social media. You will be responsible for providing expert knowledge on key information about products/services, processing new orders and sales assistance, and responding to customer enquiries/returns.
