TransferGo is a fintech scale-up on a mission to provide financial services to people in need. We're hiring a Junior Financial Operations Analyst to support daily financial workflows, process improvements, and collaboration across departments.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent experience in operational work.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Ability to accurately perform daily operational tasks and follow established procedures.
- Proactive, collaborative, and curious mindset.
- Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality results that meet identified targets.
- Professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with CS, developers, banks, and partners.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve issues independently.
