Job Description
Case Managers at Transitional Center Inc. provide youth advocacy and support throughout their stay in the facility. Evaluations are conducted annually, with potential for performance improvements and development plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 25 years of age
- Two years of full-time experience in a residential child care program
- Valid driver’s license and current/valid insurance
- Ability to work cooperatively with administration, staff, and persons internal and external to the program
- Pass DCFS criminal background check
- Demonstrated competence in serving a culturally diverse population
