Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. 3 professional references and a Voicemail, Computer, Printer, Texting, Copier, Smart Board, iPad, Chrome Books, Fax, Projector, Smart Board competency a plus. DCFS Background Check required
Maintenance
High school diploma, basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Ability to read technical manuals and use hand/electrical tools
Child/Youth Care Worker
High school diploma or GED required. Must possess experience working with adolescents. TCI de-escalation training required
Case Manager
Bachelor's degree required. 2+ years residential child care experience. DCF license & insurance needed
Teacher’s Assistant/Paraprofessional
Bachelor's degree or 60+ credit hours minimum. IL Paraprofessional License required. Experience with emotionally/behaviorally challenged students
Unit Coordinator
Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of full-time residential childcare, and a valid driver’s license are required. DCFS clearance needed for supervision. Must have an acceptable mental health profile
Driver Transporting Students
CDL needed with a valid and properly classified license. Must pass an exam for a School Bus Endorsement and Skills/Drive test. No accidents/convictions required
Bus Monitor
3+ years experience, ability to work quickly, and a basic computer/phone knowledge
