Job Description
The Unit Coordinator provides supervision to a team of 12+ employees at a 40-bed adolescent residential treatment facility, working with a significant number of youth with behavioral issues. They handle daily operations, lead staff meetings, and are responsible for program implementation. Direct supervision and training are required.
Requirements
- Be at least 25 years of age
- Have two years of college credits
- Have two years of full-time experience in a residential child care program
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid auto insurance policy
- Ability to pass DCFS clearance
