Job Description
This position is for a Child/Youth Care Worker (CYCW), responsible for supervising youth assigned to a wing. The role involves observing, interacting, and documenting youth, providing support, and adhering to TCI policies. Performance will be evaluated on standards, clinical, communication, documentation, attendance, and duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Work under supervision of TCI staff
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Must pass TCI de-escalation and restraint training assessment
- Prior experience working with difficult adolescents
- Knowledge of TCI policies and procedures
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Ability to work cooperatively with staff and the program
