The Onboarding & Education Specialist at Transitions Care is responsible for designing, facilitating, and continuously improving corporate new hire orientation for all clinical and non-clinical hospice staff across the organization.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in hospice or home health
- Experience facilitating adult learning programs in a healthcare setting
- Thorough knowledge of Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation (42 CFR Part 418)
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and competency-based education
