Transitions Care is a leading hospice organization seeking a Hospice Hospital and Post-Acute Liaison to promote and drive referrals to our hospice services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare or hospice industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers.
