Job Description
Join Transitions Care as a Hospice Hospital and Post-Acute Liaison and be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with hospitals and post-acute care settings to promote and drive referrals to our hospice services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare or hospice industry.
- Knowledge of the hospice industry, end-of-life care, and related medical terminology.
