Training & Development Assistant Manager

Translation Empire PK is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Training & Development Assistant Manager to support HR team in delivering impactful learning experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in training and development or HR roles.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with training tools, e-learning platforms, and LMS software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Certification (Preferred): Any professional training or HR certification (e.g., CIPD Level 3, SHRM Essentials)
