Job Description
The Die Casting Process Engineer is responsible for improving overall manufacturing processes through analysis and strategic planning. This position will work with the Manufacturing Manager to identify inefficient manufacturing processes and work to eliminate them to increase output and decrease costs.
Requirements
- Develop, optimize, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition of new processes, technologies, and equipment.
- Monitor and analyze process data, identify trends, and propose solutions for process improvement.
- Train and guide the production team on procedures, equipment, and new processes.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in process engineering technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
