Account Manager

TransPerfect is seeking an Account Manager to develop new business relationships and serve as the first level of support to existing clients. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Develop prospective clients through several strategies
• Foster and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, and other means
• Grow new business from existing clients
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients
• Educate prospective and existing clients regarding the translation process
• Liaise with production to ensure that all jobs are handled appropriately
