Account Manager - Client Services

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Client Services team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing existing client relationships, winning new client relationships, and performing workflow design and on-boarding for localization services and technology implementations. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for client contacts and set and fulfill client expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university
• 2-5 years experience in client-facing account management / client service representative role in eLearning, website, software or gaming development or localization
• Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportional percentages
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willingness to travel
