Capability Officer

The Capability Officer will support the development and delivery of capability programs, creating polished presentations and learning materials to build Transport's workforce capability. The role operates under a hybrid working model, combining in-office and remote work.

• Experience in capability development, needs analysis or learning design
• Strong ability to create polished, visually engaging presentations and documents
• Build strong, trusted relationships and communicate with clarity
• Use data, feedback and evidence to inform decisions and continuously improve solutions
• Translate capability frameworks and organisational needs into practical, well designed learning experiences
