Manager Finance Partnering & Insights

You will provide specialist financial insights and decision support to divisional and agency leaders across Transport and act as a subject matter expert in financial analysis, modelling, and business partnering. You will translate complex financial data into actionable insights, ensure alignment with central agency requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement in financial management practices across the organisation.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline
• Industry experience and a full member of a recognised professional accounting body
• Significant experience in financial partnering, insights, and analysis within a large, complex organisation
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including expertise in financial modelling, scenario testing, and performance evaluation
• Ability to build strong relationships, collaborate and communicate effectively to drive business outcomes
