Requirements
- Experience managing systems and data access requests, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and organisational policies.
- Strong understanding of business systems administration, including configuration, maintenance, and access control.
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve system or data-related issues efficiently.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling strong collaboration between business and IT teams.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent professional experience (3–5 years HRIS experience).
- Strong time management and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
