At TransUnion, we're looking for a Data Scientist to join our team and support the development of analytic solutions through consulting engagements for our clients. As a Data Scientist, you'll partner with internal and external teams to drive new business initiatives and deliver value-added solutions to our customers.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD degree in statistics, applied mathematics, financial mathematics, computer science, engineering, operations research, or other highly quantitative field
- 3 years of relevant professional experience in client-facing roles and analytic work, preferably in the Financial Services industry
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem solving skills
- Advanced programming skill and aptitude in languages such as R, Python, SQL, Hive, and Spark
