Supervisor, Ad Operations

TransUnion is looking to hire a Sr. Lead (Supervisor), Ad Operations as a member of our Measurement Integration Operations team. The ideal candidate will be an analytical and critical thinker with demonstrated managerial experience, including leading teams and driving cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record of performing highly detailed and technical work in an agile environment while maintaining accountability for delivery and outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Advertising Operations, Ad Tech, or Digital Media Operations
• 2+ years of management or team lead experience, including coaching, workflow ownership, performance management, and team development
• Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising workflows, ad serving, measurement, and the AdTech/MarTech ecosystem
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and external partners
• Demonstrated ability to manage operational workflows while driving continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
