Job Description
Transwestern Real Estate Services is seeking a Building Engineer to perform general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and grounds. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or trade school training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or trade school training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of 3 years building maintenance experience
- Thorough knowledge in all building systems operations, maintenance and repair
- Appropriate license/permit for trade
- Knowledgeable in energy management systems, techniques, and operations
- Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
