Job Description
Transwestern is a commercial real estate company that seeks a Building Engineer to perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of buildings and systems. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, two years of related experience, and knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and repair. The role is based in Houston, TX and requires on-site work.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of two years of related experience and/or trade school training
- Thorough knowledge of building systems operations, maintenance and repair
- Appropriate license/permit for trade as may be required
- Knowledgeable in energy management systems, techniques, and operations
- Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
