Business Analyst – Business Intelligence

We are seeking a Business Analyst – Business Intelligence to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. Develop and maintain accurate, meaningful reports and dashboards using Tableau software based on defined KPIs. Partner with the business to develop innovative solutions to problems and suggest new approaches to reporting, analysis, and business process improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of work experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, and/or Data Science
• Experience developing and maintaining reports using business intelligence reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical mindset
• Excellent data management and systems skills
• Meticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and self-review
• Advanced modelling skills using Microsoft Excel
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior management and business operations
• Ability to multitask and work effectively to deliver results within strict timeframes
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously
