Director of Business Operations (JPN)

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Director of Business Operations to drive business strategy and ensure the smooth operations of hotels/resorts in Japan. The role involves leadership responsibility, strategy and business management, and risk management.

Requirements

• Experience as General/Country Manager in Japan
• Proven track record of cultivating business acumen and in-depth knowledge of diverse business functions & operating principles
• Qualification in Business Administration/Management is advantageous
• Fluency in Japanese and English
• Strong knowledge of numbers and financial analysis skills
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Ability to efficiently multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
