Director of Resort Operations (JPN)

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Director of Resort Operations to manage the WorldMark South Pacific Club Resort operations and nominated hybrid resort operations in a professional and profitable manner. The successful candidate will oversee the strategic and operational management of the Resorts, prepare budgets, and ensure high levels of owner and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or relevant qualification
• Minimum 5 years day to day operational experience in the resort hospitality industry and 3 or more years working with Body Corporate/ Strata Community Scheme Associations a Managing Agent and/or Board Member
• Substantial experience in running multiple resorts/hotels and a track record of achieving set financial targets in challenging times
