Duty Manager

We are seeking a Duty Manager to join our team at The Sebel Pinnacle Valley Resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the Reception desk and will lead a team to promote high levels of customer service.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level
• Knowledge of hotel property management systems, Opera preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail focused with an organised approach and ability to multitask
