Duty Manager

Join a leading travel and leisure company as a Front Officer Duty Manager and manage day-to-day operations of the front desk, greet and register owners and guests, and build a team to promote high levels of customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level
• Experience in using PMS Systems (Opera preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and school and public holiday periods
• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and active listening
