Sales Manager

This position is responsible for achieving defined sales targets, assisting in personnel selection and development, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, with a focus on sales and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines
• Effectively deliver required sales targets
• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
• Train, evaluate, and monitor the performance goals of direct reports
• Recruiting future sales associates
• Valid CA Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain)
• Travel + Leisure Presidents Club award preferred
• Experience in managing sales teams is preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; College Degree is preferred
